Hi I'm Emma my passion is supporting women achieve better health and wellbeing using my bespoke foot Reflexology. I have been a holistic therapist since 1996 and have a huge amount of experience supporting women to get back to feeling great or even better than before!

My special area of interest is Peri Menopause, Menopause & beyond.
Physically client often want help with poor sleep, high blood pressure, prediabetic diagnosis, thyroid issues, high cholesterol, back & neck pain, aching body, frozen shoulder, no energy & exhaustion.
Emotionally clients often want help with crippling anxiety, low mood, stress, and periods of despair following grief, divorce, trauma and loss.
